Q. Is this the same training that Strategyn consultants receive?

Q. What will I be able to do for my organization once I am trained in Outcome-Driven Innovation techniques?
A. You will be able to lead initiatives to improve growth in core markets, create new markets and disrupt existing markets. You will have the technical capabilities to frame projects, conduct qualitative and quantitative market research and lead sessions to apply the data, such as ideation sessions.

Q. Is this program also available to independent consultants?
A. No. The program is aimed at individuals in small, medium and large businesses who are responsible for growth and innovation, e.g., innovation champions. The license does not allow them to practice outside the company.

Q. Can I go to the 5-day Education Program without licensing the IP or the tool set?
A. Yes. The Certification Training, Tool Library and IMSnet are now unbundled. Certification is required in order to purchase the Tool Library and/or IMSnet as these tools are available only to active Practitioners. However, these purchases are optional after completion of the training.
