NOTE: The foundations program assumes a certain level of knowledge of the Outcome Driven Innovation Methodology. You will receive a welcome kit upon registration which will contain the book “What Customers Want” as well as articles that are required reading before arriving at the Institute. This ensures that all participants have a foundational knowledge of the methodology; the goal of the Institute is to deepen that understanding and focus on application of the theory in your business.
