The costs associated with the Certification

Tool
Library – more than 100 tools and templates have
been developed and proven over the past 15 years
in applying the ODI process in many industries;
this comprehensive collection contains all the
checklists, forms, presentation formats, process
tools and report templates that a practitioner
will need to successfully complete each step of
a project, from planning through completion; the
complete suite is housed on the Strategyn
portal.
The Tool Library is updated annually based on
feedback and input from our worldwide consultant
team. Updates include all new tools and
templates created and proven throughout the year
as well as improvements to existing templates.
Practitioners can upgrade their existing suite
for a fee of $5,000 per year. |

Practitioner is defined as an Institute graduate
who will be implementing projects within the
corporation.

IMSnet Software – this software houses your
Outcome-Driven Innovation data and provides an
interface for analysis, idea generation, and
concept testing throughout the organization.
This is a web-based software tool that is
renewable annually. |
$10,000 for up to 3 seats
$3,000 for each additional seat |

Mentoring program to provide assistance on a
project from framing through ideation.
Assistance is provided remotely (via phone,
email, voicemail, live meeting, etc.) by a
senior consultant. Details of this program can
be obtained at the Institute. |

Please
note: Only Certification Program graduates can purchase
the tool set, mentoring and/or IMSnet. However, each of
these components is optional and can be purchased and
renewed based on the organization’s needs.
The
licenses are the property of the funding organization
and can only be transferred to individuals within the
firm who have completed the core education program.
Certified individuals maintain their certification
regardless of their employment status with the
sponsoring firm.
