 Mentoring Program
After the education program has been completed and the tools and templates are in hand, the innovation champion is well poised
to lead innovation initiatives related to core market growth, new market creation and disruptive innovation. Inevitably, as a recently prepared
champion commences a project, issues arise that require the assistance of a more experienced consultant.
To assist, the Strategyn Institute offers a mentoring and support program. This program gives the
innovation champion direct access to an experienced Strategyn consultant for assistance throughout the project. The innovation champion can acquire this support for any number of projects - until such time the champion is experienced and self
sufficient.
The mentoring program offers assistance with all key facets of the outcome-driven innovation methodology. It includes help with:

The goal of the mentoring program is
to ensure the success of the
champion’s innovation initiative
within the firm. The assistance is
limited to 20 hours per project
unless an agreement has been reached
to the contrary.
