The IP and tool licensing program grants the
licensee rights to use Strategyn’s patented outcome-driven innovation
methodology and the tools that support its execution. The IP and tool license
must be acquired as part of the Foundations Program.
As part of the licensing agreement, Strategyn’s Tool Library is made available
via an on-line portal. It contains over 100 tools and templates that Strategyn
has created and refined over the past 15 years through rigorous application in
scores of leading-edge organizations. These tools are the culmination of
Strategyn's best practices and are updated frequently to reflect the ongoing
advancements made by our outcome-driven experts.
Licensees receive the initial set of tools and portal access upon completion of
the education program. Licensees are then notified via e-mail when new or
updated templates are posted to ensure they have continuous access to the latest
thinking from the Strategyn organization. A listing of all available tools and
templates can be found in the Tool Library.
In addition to the Strategyn Portal, Strategyn has developed IMSnet. This
web-based innovation management software tool was initially designed to help
Strategyn consultants more effectively execute data analysis and report
generating responsibilities.
In recent years we have re-architected IMSnet to provide licensees a foundation
and infrastructure from which to build a lasting competency in innovation. Both
powerful and simple, IMSnet is designed to help innovation champions:

enabling them to convert data into valuable information that is useful in
