The Strategyn Institute's 5-day
education program is a foundational program that provides innovation
champions with detailed insight into Strategyn’s 8-step Outcome-Driven
Innovation® methodology.
The emphasis of the Institute is to get participants hands-on experience in
executing the methodology and prepare them for using the tools within their
organization. As such, the program combines theoretical principals with
direct hands-on practice that train the innovation champion in each step of
Strategyn’s 8-step Outcome-Driven Innovation®
methodology. As shown in the program syllabus, each step of the process will
contain the following activities:
Education – this includes a thorough
exploration of the theory and principles that guide each step of the
Outcome-Driven Innovation®
process
Simulation – detailed business case
simulations are used to engage innovation champions in activities
designed to put the techniques into practice
Application – participants will apply the
principles and techniques to innovation initiatives within their own
organization.
The program faculty is comprised of
highly experienced Strategyn Consultants who will work with participants to
ensure a deep understanding of the material and provide insight and guidance
for the application and simulation workshops. All education components are
led by CEO and founder of Outcome-Driven Innovation, Tony Ulwick.

and service ideas.
